1. Current Stage of the Service

KSOUR is an AI-Native NeoWealth Platform currently in private waitlist and early access stage. The full platform is not yet publicly available. Joining the waitlist allows you to express interest and, if selected, to be considered for early access.

We do not guarantee that any person or organization will receive access, nor do we guarantee any specific features, timelines, or outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The platform is primarily designed for users and institutions in the GCC region.

3. Waitlist Rules

By joining the waitlist you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may use this information to contact you regarding KSOUR, evaluate early access eligibility, and share relevant updates.

Inclusion on the waitlist creates no right, entitlement, or expectation of access to the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website and waitlist only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or accounts
• Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the website
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the website
• Use the waitlist or website for any commercial, competitive, or unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to remove any person from the waitlist or restrict access to the website at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, text, graphics, logos, code, and materials on the website are the exclusive property of KSOUR or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written permission.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 100.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
